Aidan’s Gluten Free Pizza shell

I’m always looking for new vegan gluten free pizza crusts, let’s be real, its dang time consuming to make one. This weekend @MathieuLF and I were hanging out in the Beaches and went into Beaches Wholesome Food Store (2234 Queen St E.) where we found Aiden’s Gluten Free pizza crust.

What interested me:
– not frozen
– thin sliced
– soft
– no preservatives
– vegan
– soy free

I was pretty excited to get home and make pizza. What a difference a thin crust makes! I don’t think I’ll ever use another crust, Aidan’s Gluten Free pizza crust has won me over. I also like the versatility that the crust can be used as pita triangles for dips etc.

Here’s what our pizza looked like pre-cooked:
aireater, air eater, gluten free, pizza

Ingredients:
– Aidan’s Gluten Free pizza crust
– white onions
– Daiya cheddar cheese
– pineapples
– tomato paste

Easy and delicious!

Surprisingly, Aidan’s is a Canadian company right in Toronto. I love that a product I’ve become a fan of is local. I fully intend to try the rest of the product line.

Here’s the nutritional table:

aireater, aireater.com, gluten free, vegan

Have you tried Aidan’s? If so, let me know, I’d love to hear what you did. Or tweet at me: @LidiaLF

Happy eating!
