Cookies! Occasionally I allow myself to be a cookie monster and I’m a sucker for soft baked cookies. The fine people at Enjoy Life Foods sure know what they’re doing. I bought a box of Gingerbread Spice soft bake cookies and had to put them in a hard to reach spot lest I eat the whole box.
