You haven’t lived till you’ve made these fries. Last night @Mathieu_LF and I made these amazing Rosemary garlic infused red skin potato fries. We did marinate them over night, so if you do make them without marinating them, please do let me know how they turned out.
Be warned, you will want to make this recipe over and over again, I highly suggest bookmarking this!
How to make the best darn Rosemary Garlic Red Skin fries you’ve ever had:
6 large red skin potatoes
1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of Salt
1/2 tablespoon of Black Pepper
1 Sprig of Rosemary
3 tablespoon of garlic
Wash and cut potatoes into strips. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, toss and coat. Leave overnight in the fridge covered with plastic wrap or in a Ziploc bag.
When ready to use, add 1/2 cup vegetable oil to a deep pan, turn heat to medium – add fries.
After 15 minutes or so prepare a baking sheet – you can use parchment paper or aluminum foil, brush lightly with oil. Bake at 450 for 12 minutes, stir and then another 12 minutes till the edges are golden brown.
I can’t even explain the delightful smell Rosemary has with garlic and the fries were incredibly delicious. You might want to make more because you won’t be able to stop eating. I know we’re going to pick up some potatoes tonight that’s for sure.
